Everyone who comes to our shop is in for a treat: not only will you be greeted by our friendly and helpful staff and offered a sample to taste, you will also have access to limited edition chocolates and truffles which are only available for a short period of time. For those who don't like hidden surprises we also have a deli counter where you can select only your favourite chocolates.
The factory shop is easily accessible from junction 6 of the A1(M). Our closest railway station is Knebworth; either a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride away.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer tours of our factory due to health and safety and food regulations, but our friendly staff are knowledgeable and will do their best to answer any questions you may have.
