Sales Advisor Opportunity

We are recruiting for a full-time confident, proactive and self-motivated individual to manage several key aspects of Lessiter’s business. 40 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays.

Key areas of responsibility: 

• Management and daily running of Chocolate Factory Shop
• Management of website content, orders and enquiries
• Answering phone and general admin duties
• Managing some small wholesale customers and orders

The ideal candidate will:

• Have customer-facing retail experience and be confident with all aspects of customer service
• Have experience with computers, including some web management software
• Be flexible in their duties and willing to learn
• Be willing to work with the seasonal demands of a chocolate business
• Be reliable, out-going, and friendly with excellent people skills and telephone skills
• Have ideas to make improvements and an ability to implement them
• Have a passion for good quality chocolate!
