Lessiter's are dedicated to quality. Our ingredients are carefully sourced, and we choose to pay a little more for the best quality. For example, our Swiss couverture contains min. 72% cocoa solids in the dark chocolate, and we source the fresh cream we use in all our truffles locally.
We have achieved BRC Grade A certification, and are also certified by the Organic Food Federation. We are also HACCP compliant.
Our experience and expertise gives us a strong base from which to work on new and innovative concepts, including creating cutting-edge chocolates and truffles. Our knowledge and flexibility allows us to work with our customers to create bespoke products, subject to volume.
Our strengths lie in our ability to create and manufacture, especially for private label customers, who include several well-known and respected luxury chocolate brands, major food stores and high street retailers.
